At WULV, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.
Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and packaging must be intact.

Returns are only accepted for size issues or damaged/defective items.

Clearance sale items or discounted products are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at wulvhq@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds

Refunds are only processed in case of a wrong or defective item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund as applicable.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned post-delivery (if eligible).
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at wulvhq@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

We’ll prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement or refund.
